My wife is ADDICTED to Cafe World on Facebook. So much so, that if she is out of town on business meetings, she will call me with the specific intent to inform me of what is on the stoves, when it will be done, and what dishes to begin cooking. When I come home, my wife will be on the computer for HOURS messing with this silly game. We only have one computer, and she hogs it until late in the evening. By the time I'm able to use it, I'm too dayum tired to look up whatever it was I was interested in. When Steve Jobs introduced the iPad, her first comment was, "I'll bet that would be great for Cafe World!" Out of ALL the potential that product has, Cafe World is the first thing she thought of. Not e-books. Not new apps. Heck, not even a cool way to surf the web. No, her focus was on Cafe World on iPad... The only up-side, is that I don't get as much grief about the hours I spend doing my own gaming anymore. I can't wait till I get my Macbook Pro, or iMac so I can have a computer to myself again.. She can have my old funky laptop to cook up all the Martian Brain Stew she wants. lol Dude…You don’t know the half of my issue with this community gaming.
