I found this video while scouring the interwebs and thought it would appeal to some. Ok so maybe I just read a post over at Kotaku but who cares? The point is, this is the first 10 minutes of game-play for MGS4. I have to say that I am not impressed at all. Maybe its just not my type of game but the whole 10 minutes was just awkward to me. First off its in Japanese so that didn’t help, and the story just made no sense to me. Maybe Maverick would be able to tell me about whats going on if he actually watches the video. I will definitely have to see more game-play on this one before I say I’m going to pick it up. Again this is the first 10 minutes of game-play, so if you don’t want to spoil the fun of opening the game, don’t watch it. But if you are like me and just wanted to see what all the fuss was about, then by all means, watch on.

If you are a big metal Gear fan. I would recommend watching the exclusive DVD.(it’s probably on youtube by now) that way, it will catch you up to this game. The metal gear story is nothing short of amazing, and I wouldn’t want it to be spoiled if you are considering playing this game. Anyways, like Bumblb said, if you don’t really care about the game, enjoy the show!

Not having ever played a MGS game, I think it looks impressive. Not enough to get me to buy a PS3 though. Thanks for the info Bumblb.
I didn’t watch the video but not because Alfred told me not too. I just want to save the suprise till i can actually play it. I have played all the other MGS versions and I don’t believe that Hideo Kojima will let us down this time either. At least I hope not.
