I can’t remember which wife said it, but when she said “One of us has to be the adult” it was like nails on a chalkboard because my wife says the exact same thing.
(Then she’ll go play word games on yahoo, but I guess they’re “adult” games).
Sounds like you guys have very patient wives.
PS – my buddy called me this morning to tell me you guys were complaining that I invited you into too many games, and I was shocked because I hardly ever invite you guys
Then I listened and found out you said GD360, not JD.
Wow, I said “you guys” way too many times in that post. That’s my Philly roots I guess.
Yeah, I think that came out wrong…what I meant is that GD360 will play with anybody. He has no problems sending invites to anyone. Plus, I was yanking his chain too since he makes it a point to always send me invites anytime I’m on because I once complained no one ever sends me invites. We love GD360, hope that makes better sense than the way it sounded on the show.
Yeah I’m sure GD isn’t offended, he seems like a pretty mellow guy. Send all the invites you want to my way GD!

Really enjoyed the show guys! That took some guts having the wives on. I know if my wife had a forum like that to talk about my gaming habits, not to mention the corruption of our son, I would probably be divorced! On a side note it kind of caught me off gaurd when Alfred said he lived in Cleveland, TN. After going to your Myspace page I realized that you and Sam are my neighbors to the north. I live in Hixson, TN right outside of Chattanooga. Just like thirty minutes or so up the road so howdy neighbors! I also noticed that you say on your Myspace page that you plan on setting up a designated night to meet and play games with listeners. This seems like a great idea to me because that way you wouldn’t be recieving tons of invites on nights when you guys just wanted to do the solo thing. “With that being said,” this is for the wives of the GH’s show. Thanks for putting up with a little extra crap to let us be entertained on our boring weekday commutes.
Awesome show guys! My wife enjoyed it as well. Sorry about the invites, just thought I’d get you in our games since we have a blast everytime Bumbleb shows up. Sorry about the RROD TeeTocks, did you used to hold up your mic to the speakers on your 360s before? Just wondering if there may be a connection to it RRODing… jk. Hope you get it back soon, seems like the turnaround is faster. The only gripe I had about the show is, the wives didn’t really introduce theirselves with their real names, so was a bit confusing at first. Good to hear their sides of the story. Seems like you guys have very understanding wives, that’s definitely what it takes to make a successful relationship with a gamer. Keep up the good show, whats up with the FORUMS?? @ GD, by all means keep the invites coming…we too have a blast. If you read my early response in this post you’ll see that that whole thing came across weird. As far as the forums go, we are waiting to get the website in our control from Eli (the website creator), right now it’s on some of the same servers as some of his business websites so until he has freetime to free up our site, we will not be able to get the forums up. Thanks for offering help, wyoming sbg is working on the forums for us. I’m very anxious to see the forums up cuz we see to have a good group of people that express ideas and opinions well.
No problem TeeTocks…. OK, I will continue the invites, hahaha. Looking forward to the forums. Hope you guys get them going soon.
