We use this episode to focus on the new releases. Assassins Creed III, and Assassins Creed Liberation take up the first block of the show. Ofcourse, Master Chief finds his way into the conversation and dominates it. He has a way of doing that. Does Halo 4 live up to the hype? Will this game bring 343 Studios the recognition of refreshing a reverened franchise, or will it be the end of great Halo games. Bob and Kevin are helping George Lucas find ways to spend that 4 billion dollar this week. How many copies of Catherine can you buy with that much moola? That should be just enough for Bob to keep up with Ipad releases since they are so frequent. While they are down at Skywalker Ranch, Rick and Alfred pick up the reigns and discuss how the Walking Dead Game is in the same universe as the show. Or is it. Slatteriffic explains why our position might be flawed.  Also, Alfred and Sam take the road less traveled and discuss how Start Wars Ep:VII has the potential to be great with disney at the helm. The conversation takes it’s usual path down the Rabbit whole, which takes the crew to; the old days of Walmart being closed on Sundays, how great the old days were,  and the virtues of the late great Sam Walton.

So we are kicking off 2012 with a bang. Flight Speaker, “Please make sure your seats are back and your tray tables are in their upright and locked positions.” We’re about to go for a ride and I hope that everyone is ready for a great 2012 of GHR. Dragon and Captain Niche cross the burning sands as we start the new year with some new hosts. Pizza Guy writes into the loveSack which continues our discussion from last week. Maverick updates us on his time away from gaming and if he saw the burning bush on his journey into the desert. Did someone say Evil. There is more evil roaming around Resident Evil than Albert Wekser? Will racism be a factor in RE6? We talk about it. Our Resident Alan Wake fan has some trepidation about purchasing American Nightmare D1C. These Xbox rumors all seem to be coming from the same dang source. Hmmmm…Is Microsoft releasing their own rumors??? Things that make you go hmmmm……Is it advantageous to release a new system in 2012 right as the 360 is hitting it’s stride. NEWS NEWS and more NEWS. Can you believe that Epic has the epic stones to release a $30 DLC preorder promise on the same day as Gears 3. As if people we’ren’t spending enough money. Guess which hosts defends this action. You might be suprised by the result. Big Dez from Fognationasks the hosts to pick between, Modern Warfare 3 and Battlefield 3. Again, you will be suprised by which side we stand behind. We throw Nintendo a bone also. Ok, maybe it’s a full moon outside and we aren’t our normal selves. Maybe???? Maverick’s game of the week is…..Words With Friends. Superman didn’t use his metal bending skills on disbanding the Covenant in Reach. Well, Master Chief does spring his little spartan head in this episode. Don’t worry, we cover a lot of bases this week, and there is many disagreements on this episode. We also start a new segment called; “We’re not buying this day 1, but you should.” In this segment we each pick a game that we normally wouldn’t play and convince the listener on why they would want to purchase this day one. We kind of let loose on this Episode and went a different direction. This is Episode 178 of the GamerHusbands lifecast. It’s summertime, and we wanted to share a bit about our summer and some of the fun things we’ve been doing.(that’s what she said!)
