Normally I would not give away any prizes I win from other podcast contests just cause it does not feel right to do so. But when I won this tshirt last year it was advertised as a Large, unfortunately when it arrived it was apparent to be an Extra Large. I normally wear Mediums or Larges so this shirt has sat tucked away in my tshirt drawer. The tshirt is from the Lost Planet Launch party that happened in Seattle and is signed by one of the Japanese developers of the game. Cool Teetocks, I’ve been getting really into this game. Just got Extreme Conditions. Never played the original. What do you think of the game?
I know you were asking TeeTocks but I’m answering. Personally, I didn’t care for the game. I Think it might be the only game I’ve ever purchased and haven’t finished yet. I haven’t played it in forever but I remember it being somewhat lackluster and uninteresting. Better than Haze but still not a great shooter. Like I said, I haven’t played it in forever so I don’t really remember why I didn’t like it.
Sorry to hear that Bumbleb. Actually I didn’t get a chance to check it out when it 1st came out because Gears and Rainbow 6 were out. Now that the gaming scene has been a little quiet, I’ve been enjoying it. It seems to get quite hard on normal but it’s been pretty fun. Not your usual shooter, maybe that’s why I like it.
I only played the first level, I rented it a long time ago and the disc didn’t work quite right so I sent it in. Been meaning to try it again though. I always wanted to try out the multiplayer but at this point I doubt their online community is thriving.
I have yet to try the online portion but since you can’t play against people with the original Lost Planet, I don’t think there will be many games available.
I really liked Lost Planet but I got a point I couldnt get past and got really frustrated. I havent been back since.
Hey DirtyPoo, I hear ya. I was getting whooped on Level 4′s butterfly/bee thing. It took me an hour or so and finally got passed it. Only to find 10 mins later another tough boss. Looks to be another hour to beat this one. I like the game, but boy it’s TOUGH…
