Just a little additional info: That standard SFIV fight stick pictured can be easily modified with a real arcade joystick assembly and buttons (i.e. Seimitsu or Sanwa parts--the best in the business) making it almost the equivalent of the MadCatz SFIV TE stick. The TE still wins due to button spacing, and other cool features. You can order arcade parts from places like lizardlick.com.
